Darlene is a veteran in the meetings industry and has spent the last twenty-seven years at Association Management Center (AMC) in Chicago, Illinois. During her tenure at AMC, she has earned the reputation of bringing energy and enthusiasm to her projects and building highly functioning teams from disparate backgrounds and departments. She has experience in strategic event design, creative budget management, process improvement solutions, new business development, and pre-emptive problem solving. She recently earned her Digital Event Strategist (DES) designation.
