Chris Sutter is the David F. Herche Endowed Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at Miami University. Chris received his PhD from The Ohio State University. He teaches courses on business model development and hosts a bi-annual pitch competition for entrepreneurship students at Miami University. A major focus of Chris’ teaching is how to best frame and present entrepreneurial pitches. Chris’ research interests include the relationship between entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation and he has ongoing or completed research projects in Guatemala, Nicaragua, and India.
